Mastercard supports small businesses in Canada in a variety of ways. And for 2023, they wanted to cast the spotlight on women entrepreneurs who are at the forefront.

We chose Joanna Griffiths, CEO and Founder of Knix to be our spokesperson for a spot that highlights various women-owned business success stories. 

I was brought in to McCann on this one about a month before shooting. Original ideator and copywriter, Roya Rutledge, went on mat leave and I took over as we refined scripts and worked with Director Julia Pitch and Production House, Dear Friend, to make it come to life.
